Submissions deadline is February 14 every year!

CALL FOR PAPERS:
Please submit 250 word proposals for papers, workshops, panels, roundtable discussion, documentaries, performances or other creative or academic expressions! We encourage community members, activists, and students to submit as well!

You can download and complete the submissions form, then Email-attach it back to us at wgss@ulv.edu along with your proposal, or you can download and complete the form and mail it with your proposal to:

CALLING ALL PROFESSIONAL ARTISTS, PHOTOGRAPHERS, PERFORMERS, FILMMAKERS:
Each year, pending budget approval, we hold a variety of special events at the conference: Art Installations, Photography Exhibits, Musical Performances, Theatre Events, Short Films and more. If you would like to be considered for a showcase at our annual conference, please query with a sample of your work, an explanation of your proposal and how your work is informed by Women, Gender and Sexuality Studies, a brief professional resume, your full contact information, and your fee requirements. If you are interested in submitting your materials for presentation as a conference submission or workshop, please fill out the regular submission form. Thank You.
